●契約終了時の再契約締結交渉義務

In the event that this Agreement expired in accordance with the provisions in the preceding paragraph, Parties shall proceed to negotiate with each other in good faith the terms of the new license agreement to grant to Licensee a non-transeferable and non-exclusive use the software for value.

●途中解約時の返金義務

If this Agreement is terminated and Licencee is benefited from the provisions of the severable portion of the results of the services carried out by the time said this Agreement is terminated, Licencee will have the obligation to pay Fees calculated in proportionate to the rate of the benefit, and Licensor will refund Fees correspoding to the remaining terms of this Agreement at the time of the termination.
