【英文契約】請求書を受け取った翌月末払い

日本の取引では、「月末締め翌月末払い」という条件をよく見ます。しかし英文契約ではこの条件はあまり見ません。そこで、現実的な支払条件として、「請求書を受け取った翌月末払い」という規定にすることがよく有ります。以下が例文です。

"The A company shall pay the B company by the last business day of the calender month immediately following the calender month in which the A company received the invoice from the B company."

"Payment shall be made by the end of the next month of the month the A company received the iovoice from the B company."
